Gluten-free honey cookies


Gluten-free honey cookies soft and with a delicate taste.

Gluten-free honey cookies

Preparation time 35 minutes (excluded the rest in refrigerator of 1 hour)

Ingredients for 30 cookies:

300 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the BiAglut flour)

125 grams of butter

125 grams of sugar

1 whole egg

1 egg yolk

6 grams of baking powder

2 tablespoons of honey

1 pinch of salt

icing sugar



Cut the cold butter into slices and work it with sugar. Add the eggs, salt, and honey and mix; finally, add the sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.

Let rest it in the refrigerator for 1 hour (covered with a cloth or plastic wrap), then roll out the dough to 1 cm thick and cut the cookies.


Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. When they are lukewarm gently remove them from the baking pan and let them cool completely.


Sprinkle with icing sugar.
