The frozen gluten-free pizza of Buitoni is delicious. I buy it here in Spain and it’s very good in both flavors, ham and 4 kinds of cheese.
Buitoni’s gluten-free frozen pizza
The dough is upper middle, soft and well risen (in fact, very digestible), the crust is crispy and tasty. The ingredients on the pizza are all of the excellent quality. Between the two, the one with 4 kinds of cheese, it’s the one I prefer, has a very delicate flavor.
In Italy I had never taste them, and looking on the official websites (the Italian one and the Spanish one) it seems that in Italy you can only find the Margherita and the Ham, while in Spain the two condiments that I tested.
Ingredients of Margherita:
gluten-free wheat starch, lactose-free mozzarella (22%) (milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet) lactose <0.1g / 100g, tomatoes (19.6%) (seeds -concentrated tomato, diced tomatoes), water, sunflower oil, dextrose, corn flour, sugar, salt, yeast, vegetable fiber (Plantago ovata), stabilizers (guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, mono – and diglycerides of fatty acids), oregano, garlic, spices. LACTOSE (lactose <0.1g / 100g). The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose.
Nutritional information per 100 g (a pizza 365 g): energy 899 kJ / 214 kcal – fat 5.90 g – of which saturated 2.60 g – carbohydrates 32.70 g of which sugars 2.70 g – fiber 2.60 g – protein 10.6 g – salt 1.50 g

Bake, in a preheated oven, for about 12 minutes at 220°C.
