Gluten-free hazelnut and chocolate plum cake –
The gluten-free hazelnut and chocolate plum cake is a soft and tasty cake, perfect for breakfast with a glass of cold milk.
Gluten-free hazelnut and chocolate plum cake
Preparation time 50 minutes
100 grams of butter
100 grams of dark chocolate
50 grams of hazelnuts
100 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the Biaglut flour)
130 grams of white sugar
40 grams of brown sugar
8 grams of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Melt butter, turn off the heat, add the chocolate cut into small pieces and cover.
Meanwhile beat the egg yolks with the white sugar, then add the melted butter and chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, brown sugar and mix well. Combine little by little the flour sifted with baking powder and finally, the egg whites beaten with a pinch of salt.
Grease and flour the mold put the dough and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
