These cocoa biscuits are gluten-free and lactose-free… good and quick to make 🙂
Cocoa biscuits gluten free and lactose free
Preparation time 30 minutes
Ingredients for 20 biscuits:
170 g gluten-free flour mix (I used the BiAglut flour)
30 g cocoa
100 g cane sugar
45 ml of corn seed oil (50 g)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
After adding the sugar beat again and finally add the oil.
Add the sieved flour with the yeast and cocoa and mix until it forms a dough.
Roll out the dough and cut the biscuits.
Place them on a baking tray covered with baking parchment. Add some cane sugar over each cookie and lightly press into the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (ventilated – 200°C static) for 10 minutes.
