In virtually all the hotels they know celiac disease, in the menus and in buffets, you can find marked all the allergens. If you want to play it safe and have a wider choice of gluten-free dishes, the following hotels are affiliated with the association of celiac of Tenerife:

Siam Park and Loro Parque are the two main amusement parks of Tenerife, one with water games and the other with animals. Both are worth a visit (even more than one for the water park 😉 ), but inside there aren’t restaurants with gluten-free dishes. The menus and in the dishes in the buffets are marked the specified allergens, but gluten-free options are few and in any case, there isn’t specific preparation on cross-contamination.

Tea and coffee lounge. Very nice place where you can find some gluten-free bread and sweets individually wrapped: all from “Mis Hijos”, an excellent gluten-free bakery in Gran Canaria (here the review).
The yogurt ice cream is gluten-free and almost all toppings, just ask the staff.
I tasted this yogurt in Gran Canaria, but, being a chain, I think the taste is always the same. The toppings are good, the yogurt is a little tasteless and not very creamy, but not bad.
