Steaks with rosemary and black pepper gluten-free –
A simple and tasty recipe to cook pork steaks.
Preparation time 20 minutes
Ingredients for 2 persons:
2 pork steaks
2 sprigs of rosemary
extra virgin olive oil
salt and black pepper
Grill the steaks and season with salt at the end of cooking.
The steaks shouldn’t be cooked too much and the interior must remain a bit raw (they will cook well in the oven).
In a baking dish arrange the sliced steak, sprinkle with a little oil, the two branches of rosemary and plenty of ground black pepper.
Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
