At the following link a detailed review about the products for this chain of bakeries.
The place isn’t large but very nice and with a wide choice of fresh and packaged products. There are some seats at a counter to have a quick meal. The location is great, just a short walk from Piazza Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza Signoria.
The staff is very nice and the fresh products, both sweet and salty, are all really good.
Their cream puffs are unbeatable, never eaten so good. There is also a cappuccino in the photo, but it isn’t of this bakery, they don’t have a professional machine to make them (I highly recommend them to buying one, having breakfast in a cafe with a gluten-free cake and cappuccino is one of the greatest pleasures for a celiac 😉 ): when we went there for breakfast we bought the sweets and then went to another cafe for a cappuccino.
The biscuits are good although their shortcrust pastry is a little too sweet for my taste. Very good all the savory ones, from various types of focaccia, pizza, and salty pies. My favorite is the buckwheat focaccia, it seems to eat a focaccia with gluten. Stuffed with prosciutto is delicious!
For a tray of cream puffs and small pastries, a tray of cookies and 2 pieces of focaccia we spent € 27.60.
