For snacks, there’s nothing better that a healthy and delicious smoothie, isn’t it? Here two quick recipes.
Smoothie with yogurt, banana, and strawberries
Preparation time 5 minutes
Ingredients for a smoothie:
1 cup of greek yogurt
6 strawberries
half a banana
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons of milk
Wash, peel and slice the fruit, add all other ingredients and whisk.
Smoothie with yogurt, cocoa, and strawberries
Preparation time 5 minutes
Ingredients for a smoothie:
1 cup of greek yogurt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
8 strawberries
2 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of soy chocolate milk
Wash and slice the strawberries, add all other ingredients and whisk.
