Christmas Decoration: Rudolph the reindeer gluten-free cookies
A very simple and pretty decoration for your shortcrust pastry cookies!

Preparation time 30 minutes (excluding the shortcrust pastry resting in the fridge)
gluten-free shortcrust cookies (here the recipe, make it without the baking powder)
gluten-free dark or milk chocolate
gluten-free red candies
Make shortcrust cookies with a round shape of about 8 cm in diameter (here the recipe for the gluten-free shortcrust pastry to be made without the use of baking powder so that the biscuits remain flat).
Let them cool down and move on to decoration:
melt some dark or milk chocolate and with a toothpick make two dots for the eyes, the horns and put a little bit of chocolate in the middle, under the eyes, to fix the red candy.
