Rudolph the reindeer gluten-free choco-salty snacks
Preparation time 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
gluten-free small pretzels (I used the Schär’s ones)
filled chocolates or chocolate
gluten-free dark chocolate
gluten-free white and red candies

Get two pretzels for each snack. Leave one whole and divide the other in half. Place the whole pretzels on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Place a square of filled chocolate on each pretzel (I took one filled with chocolate mousse, but also simple chocolate without filling is fine). Bake for 5-6 minutes at 100°C, being careful not to let the chocolate melt too much, it should only become soft.
Remove from the oven and put over the chocolate 2 white candies for the eyes and one red for the nose. Insert the two parts of the pretzel divided in half, at the top in the chocolate. Finally, using a toothpick and melted chocolate, draw the pupils into the eyes.
A snack nice to see and at the same time delicious with the sweet of the chocolate that goes perfectly with the salty pretzel 🙂
