The sandwiches are with chickpea, soy, and vegetables or lentils burgers, with a choice of two vegetables (salad, grilled eggplant, grilled peppers, grilled zucchini, roasted onions, tomatoes and other seasonal vegetables) and a sauce ( spicy, various types of vegetable mayonnaise and ketchup), at € 5 each. Then there are extras like vegan cheese or something else they have available at the time. With side dish € 7.90, with dessert € 9.90. In addition to sandwiches, they also have pizza, pies and more, everything always gluten-free and of own production.
To drink: wine, beer, fruit and vegetable juices, organic coffee, soy and rice milk.
For dessert: fruit cups, cakes, pies, and cookies.

We took a half-liter bottle of still water, a slice of pizza Margherita and 3 burgers:
- soy burger – onions – lettuce – hot sauce
- soy burger – zucchini – hot sauce
- chickpea burger – zucchini – purple cabbage – vegan cheese
The bill was € 22.00.

I’m not a vegetarian and I had never tasted a legumes and vegetable burger: they are really good, I preferred the soy burger than the chickpea one, but that is a personal taste because they were both excellent; very good the sauces and vegetables. I liked least the vegan cheese (I don’t remember the type or name).
Gluten-free bread is made by them, with corn and rice flour (with natural rising agents) not beautiful to the eye, but really good, soft inside and crispy outside. Even the pizza was good.
In short, a great place for a lunch break behind the Duomo in Florence, fast, good and healthy.
