Orange and chocolate biscuits gluten-free
Preparation time 30 minutes (excluding the rest of the biscuits in the fridge)
Ingredients for about 15 biscuits:
270 g of gluten-free flour (I used BiAglut flour)
150 g of butter
85 g of sugar
1 whole egg
Grated zest of 2 oranges
Grated zest of 1 lemon
1 pinch of salt
Dark chocolate
Remove the butter from the refrigerator an hour before, to soften it.
Chop the sugar in the mixer.
Beat the butter with a pinch of salt and the sugar. Then add the egg, whip again and finally add the zest of oranges and lemon.
Add the sifted flour and mix to form a ball.
Place the dough in a syringe without a nozzle and form tubular biscuits, cutting them to the desired length, directly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes (they must be slightly coloured on the surface). Let them cool down.
Melt the chocolate and, with a fork, pour it irregularly over the biscuits.
Let the chocolate solidify and enjoy your orange and chocolate biscuits gluten-free 🙂
