All dishes on the menu can be made gluten-free since they have made sure that all the ingredients they use, except pasta, are gluten-free (including breadcrumbs). The gluten-free pasta is cooked separately from the one with gluten.

However, the restaurant warns that, by serving pasta, cookies, and brownies with gluten, they can’t guarantee 100% the lack of cross-contamination (which is still obvious to all restaurants no totally gluten-free). The reviews are great and their attention in the preparation of the dishes, it’s very accurate.
They do home deliveries, or you can order the pasta with the sauce of your choice and bake it at home. They put an additional cost of $ 1.50 for gluten-free dishes.

Last tip
To book any restaurant in New York (and in other cities), I recommend this site:
OpenTable
It’s a great service, we booked all the restaurants on this site: just sign up and enter the number of people, date, time and restaurant, and the program will show you the free tables.
Besides the website, there are App for iOS, Android, Huawei and Windows.
All our bookings were successful and we had no problems (taking into account we were on Christmas Days and many restaurants were often full).
If you have been to New York City and you have tried other gluten-free places or have suggestions on those already entered, report it in the comments or email us: we’ll update the article with your suggestion.
This article will be periodically updated with the addition of facilities we will personally test for you!
NOTICE – The features of the facilities we report in our articles may vary from what our experience was like: change of management, closure, or other circumstances. In this case, they may no longer be able to provide (totally or partially) gluten-free foods, so we advise you to ask them in advance.
