This bakery is owned by actress Jennifer Esposito (in the picture), diagnosed with celiac disease a few years ago.
All products are gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free, nut-free and without refined sugars. They also make various foods without eggs and vegans.

Usually, the products with the lack of all the ingredients mentioned above, are not very tasty, but most of the reviews are absolutely positive about the taste, both of cakes and bread. Prices are quite high.
