Spain
McDonald’s in Spain offers the possibility to have all kinds of hamburgers (except those containing fried products) with gluten-free (sin gluten) bread.
You can also have French fries, both classic and deluxe (also with the addition of BBQ sauce and cheese).
In the McCafè you can have toasted bread with butter and jam or with tomato and oil (typical Spanish breakfast), also McMuffin with sausage, cheese

Sweden
McDonald’s in Sweden offers 4 gluten-free (glutenfritt) hamburgers: hamburger, cheeseburger, QP Cheese and McFeast.
Switzerland
In Swiss McDonald’s, as in the Italian ones, you can find only one gluten-free hamburger (in collaboration with Schar), a double cheeseburger. The hamburger is already made and frozen: when you order it’s thawed directly in its packaging. For French fries, even in Switzerland, the rule is to ask in every restaurant if they are at risk of being contaminated or if they have dedicated fryers “away from gluten”. In addition, in the McCafè, you can also find gluten-free banana muffins with chocolate chips (individually packaged).
