Gluten-free wraps with spicy yogurt chicken –
The chicken marinated in yogurt and spices is delicious, perfect for cooking in the oven, frying pan or on the grill. In this recipe, I used it to stuff gluten-free wraps.
Preparation time 1 hour (excluding the chicken marinating time)
Ingredients for two wraps:
10 cherry tomatoes
30 grams of cheese
5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
150 grams of chicken breast
1 cup of greek yogurt
extra virgin olive oil
Cut the chicken breast into strips, add spices and yogurt and mix. Allow the chicken in the refrigerator, in a glass container, for at least 3 hours (preferably 12 hours).
Wash and clean the pepper and the tomatoes and cook with the tomato sauce (adding a little of water and salt) for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and put on it cheese slices, cover with a lid.
Meanwhile, cook the chicken with a little olive oil, for about 20 minutes, adding if needed a bit of chicken broth; towards the end of cooking add salt.
Stuff the wraps with the chicken and the sauce.
