Gluten-free white chocolate blondies

White chocolate squares, soft and delicious.

Gluten-free white chocolate blondies

Preparation time 1 hour

Ingredients:

200 g of gluten-free flour mix (I use BiAglut flour)

125 g of butter

200 gr of white chocolate

3 eggs

125 g of sugar

8 g of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

Melt the butter in a saucepan and, when it’s melted, add 100 g of coarsely chopped chocolate.

Whisk the yolks with the sugar, then add butter melted with the chocolate and mix.

Combine the sifted flour with baking powder and mix again. Mount the whites with the pinch of salt and combine them gently to the compound.

Transfer the dough into a rectangular baking tray and distribute on the surface the remaining chopped chocolate and, with a spoon, let chocolate penetrate a bit in the dough.

Bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.

Let it cool and then cut it into squares.
