Gluten-free tart with chocolate custard and jam –
With chocolate and strawberries, you never get wrong 🙂
Preparation time 1 hour (excluding the rest of the pastry in the refrigerator)
50 grams of dark chocolate
Make the shortcrust pastry (recipe here) and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour
Make the custard cream (recipe here) and, while still hot, add the chopped chocolate, stirring until it’s completely melted.
Roll out 2/3 of pastry and line the pan (greased and floured).
Spread a thin layer of jam and then the chocolate custard.
With the remaining pastry cover the tart, creating strips and crossing them.
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
