Gluten-free spicy crackers –
Perfect for a small aperitif, they can be seasoned to your liking with any type of spices, nuts, and seeds.
Gluten-free spicy crackers
Preparation time 1 hour
Ingredients for 40 crackers:
100 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the BiAglut flour)
60 grams of butter
40 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
paprika
a mix of spices (chili, chives, oregano)
salt

Mix the flour with the butter, Parmesan cheese and 1 pinch of salt until it forms a firm dough. Let rest half an hour in the refrigerator.
Flour the work surface, transfer the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin so that it reaches the height of a half centimeter.

Obtaining the crackers with a pastry cutter and sprinkle half with paprika and half with the mix of spices.
Transfer them into a pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 9-10 minutes.

Let cool before serving.

These snacks can be seasoned to taste in many ways, in addition to spices you can put chopped nuts or seeds of various types (sesame, cumin, chia), thus creating a color and flavors effect.
