Gluten-free spaghetti with tuna and dried tomatoes –
A very simple summer dish, with a sprinkling of flavored breadcrumbs.
Preparation time 15 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
180 grams of gluten-free spaghetti
50 grams of tuna in brine
4 sun-dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
extra virgin olive oil
Heat the tomato sauce with 2 tablespoons of oil, add the chopped tuna and dried tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Toast the breadcrumbs with paprika in a frying pan.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Just cooked toss in pan with the sauce. Put the pasta on a plate and add the breadcrumbs.
