Gluten-free spaghetti with salmon and Parmesan cheese
Preparation time 10 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
180 grams of spaghetti (noodles)
100 grams of smoked salmon
80 grams of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Parboil the salmon, cut into small pieces, with a little oil. Turn off the heat and add the Parmesan cut into shavings.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. When cooked, pour into the pan with a tablespoon of cooking water, pepper and cook over high heat by melting the cheese (about 2-3 minutes).
