Gluten-free spaghetti with olives and mozzarella –
A nice plate of spaghetti with the scent of summer, what could be better?
Preparation time 10 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
180 grams of gluten-free spaghetti
½ buffalo mozzarella cheese
10 black olives
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
½ small onion
3 basil leaves
Brown the onion, then add the sauce, olives, basil and chili and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes. Turn off the heat, add oregano and mozzarella, and cover for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water, drain well “al dente” and season with the sauce.
