Gluten-free shortcrust pastry cookies with a heart of Nutella, which can be replaced with custard cream, jam, melted chocolate, dulce de leche or any other stuffing you like, they are all delicious.
Gluten-free shortcrust pastry cookies with Nutella filling
Preparation time 30 minutes (excluded rest in the refrigerator of 1 hour)
Ingredients for 15 biscuits:
15 teaspoons of Nutella
Make the gluten-free shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut with a pastry cutter. Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, put on each cookie a teaspoon of Nutella and cover with another cookie, pressing the edges to adhere well.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
When the cookies are cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
