Gluten-free sea salt blondies –
I found this recipe in a very interesting blog with healthy recipes and natural remedies. I modified the original recipe according to my taste and availability of ingredients that I had at home. Comes out a sweet very good and, at the same time, low in fat and sugar.
Gluten-free sea salt blondies
The original recipe, compared to mine, is completely vegan and with no added sugar.
Preparation time 30 minutes
Ingredients for 16 blondies:
200 grams of garbanzo flour (or other gluten-free flour)
50 grams of melted butter
100 grams of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of honey
50 grams of chopped almonds and hazelnuts
100 grams of coarsely chopped dark chocolate
1 glass of soy milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
salt
Put into a bowl the brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, melted butter, soya milk and mix. Add the flour and mix again. You can also use garbanzo beans, cooked and chopped (300 grams); if you have neither flour nor the beans, you can use any gluten-free flour that you have at home.
At last add chocolate and hazelnuts.
Roll out the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Once cold, cut it into squares and put on a bit of salt.
