Gluten-free sandy potatoes –
With the simple addition of breadcrumbs, baked potatoes are even better.
Gluten-free sandy potatoes
Preparation time 1 hour
Ingredients for 2 people:
5 medium potatoes
30 grams of gluten-free breadcrumbs
rosemary
sage
chives
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Leave them in water for half an hour and then dry them.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, put oil, potatoes, rosemary, sage, chives, salt and bread crumbs.
Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Turn them occasionally during cooking.
