Gluten-free potato terrine –
A good main dish or a hearty side dish.
Preparation time 1 hour
Ingredients for 2 persons:
4 medium potatoes
1 sprig of rosemary
60 grams of pecorino cheese
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Beat with a fork the eggs with salt and pepper. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
Take two single-portion pans and grease them with a little oil. Making a layer of potatoes, one of sliced cheese, Frankfurter cut into slices and the egg.
Cover with the remaining potatoes, salt, pepper, a little of rosemary and a little olive oil.
Bake at 180°C degrees for about 40 minutes.
