Gluten-free potato rosti –
A tasty alternative to roast potatoes.
Preparation time 30 minutes
Ingredients for 2 persons:
4 medium potatoes
extra virgin olive oil
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin sticks. Add paprika, oregano, rosemary, salt and mix.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and distribute the potatoes in piles spaced apart, crush and cook them well to one side. Turn the discs of potato and cook the other side.
Dry them on paper towels and serve hot.
