Gluten-free potato roses –
These gluten-free potato roses are an elegant way to present spicy baked potatoes.
Preparation time 40 minutes:
Ingredients for 4 persons:
extra virgin olive oil
paper cups suitable for cooking in the oven
Peel the potatoes cut them into very thin slices and wash them.
Place the slices in the cups, as if they were the petals, forming roses.
Season with oil, salt and spices and bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
