NOTICE: The restaurant of this article is unfortunately DEFINITELY CLOSED.
If you are in New York and want to eat a really good gluten-free pizza, you have to go to Palà Pizza, on the Lower East Side in Manhattan.
Gluten-free pizza in New York City
Address: 198 Allen Street, New York, NY 10012
Phone: (212) 614.7252
The restaurant is small and cozy, fast service and friendly waiters.
The owners are Italian and the gluten-free pizza is really good, one of the best I’ve ever eaten. It’s thin, with a crispy crust, very light and digestible. The ingredients are of excellent quality.
The pizza isn’t round, served on a wooden cutting board, and is alike to the one with gluten, that took my husband; to avoid mistakes, the handle of the cutting board of the gluten-free pizza was marked with a sticker with GLUTEN-FREE wrote.
I only ate pizza (with buffalo mozzarella and ham), so I have no direct experience of the rest of the menu, but it’s worth just for that!
They do home deliveries (as most NYC restaurants).

As you can see from the menu, it isn’t a cheap restaurant, but you have to take into account that New York City (especially Manhattan) is very expensive and I can assure you that the quality of the pizza is worth the price.
To book any restaurant in New York (and in other cities), I recommend this site:
It ‘s a great service, we booked all the restaurants on this site: just sign up and enter the number of people, date, time and restaurant, and the program will show you the free tables.
Besides the website, there are App for iOS, Android, and Windows.
All bookings were successful and we had no problems (taking into account we were on Christmas Days and many restaurants were often full).
