I bought this pizza base in Spain at € 3.90.
Package content: 1 pizza base of 260 grams
Ingredients: Water, corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, sunflower seed oil, vegetable fiber, vegetable protein, sugar, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, extra-virgin olive oil 1.5%, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, yeast, thickening agents: guar gum and xanthan gum, flavorings. May contain traces of lupins and mustard. Partially baked product. Treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface. Finish baking in the oven. Milk-free, Egg-free, Soy-free.

I didn’t like much this pizza crust, I ate it very simply seasoned with oil, salt, and rosemary, to taste it well: it has a slight aftertaste that I didn’t like; probably with a rich seasoning (tomato sauce, mozzarella, etc.), it’is better. The texture is slightly chewy, even freshly baked.
For an emergency, with pizza seasoning, it’s ok, but nothing special.
