Gluten-free pasta with basil cream
Preparation time 15 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
180 g of gluten-free “fusilli” pasta (spiral-shaped pasta)
100 g of basil
15 g of butter
40 g of scratched parmesan cheese
40 g of scratched pecorino (ewe’s cheese)
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
Put in the mixer 2 spoons of oil, the butter, the cheeses and mince everything; add the leaves of basil, salt, pepper and 2 or 3 spoons of oil. Beat up until it becomes a cream.
Cook the “Fusilli” in salty water and just cooked, pass them in frying pan with the sauce. Serve warm.
