Gluten-free orange cake


Gluten-free orange cake – 

A simple gluten-free cake, with a delicate orange flavor.

Preparation time 45 minutes


juice of 2 oranges

zest of half orange

250 grams of vanilla sugar (*)

75 grams of butter

3 eggs

300 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the BiAglut flour)

8 grams of baking powder

(*) store the white sugar in a jar containing a vanilla bean


Melt the butter and let it cool. Add the sugar and the eggs, one at a time, mixing well.


Combine the orange juice, zest, a pinch of salt and little by little, the sifted gluten-free flour with baking powder.


Put the dough into a round pan, lined with parchment paper, and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
