Gluten-free Nutella cake

Gluten-free Nutella Cake is a really good chocolate cake, that remains fluffy for several days.

Gluten-free Nutella cake

Preparation time 1 hour

Ingredients:

200 g of Nutella

100 g of whole milk

100 g of cream for sweets

3 eggs

180 g of sugar

180 g of gluten-free flour mix (I used the BiAglut flour)

9 g of baking powder

1 pinch of salt




Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt for 2-3 minutes, add the sugar and whisk again for 8-10 minutes. Add Nutella and beat.

Combine the cream, the milk and beat again. Add the sifted flour with the yeast, mix and beat again for a few minutes with the electric whips.

Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

Dust with icing sugar.
