Gelato Bisco Panna (Cookie-cream ice-cream)

Ice-cream between two chocolate cookies. Good, both the ice cream that the cookie. The ice cream is small, about 1/3 of a normal cookie ice-cream.

Ice Cream 51%: pasteurized fresh whole milk 61%, sugar, fresh cream (milk) pasteurized 12%, glucose syrup, chicory fiber, lactose (milk), milk protein, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; stabilizer: guar gum, locust bean gum; aromas. Biscuit 49%: Corn flour, corn starch, sugar, palm oil, glucose syrup, soy flour, cocoa powder 2%, rice starch, salt, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate. It may contain traces of lupine and hazelnuts.

Cono Panna & Cacao 

Cream & chocolate ice-cream cone. Very good ice cream, also the cone is good, but it’s a little too soft, I prefer when the cone is more crispy. However, overall it’s a good ice-cream.
