Gluten-free hazelnut tart –
This gluten-free hazelnut tart is delicious and melts in your mouth.
Preparation time 1 hour and a half
150 grams of hazelnuts
60 grams of gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
150 grams of sugar
5 tablespoons of apricot jam
125 grams of butter
Make the gluten-free shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, chop the hazelnuts and melt the butter. Beat eggs with sugar, add the melted butter and beat again. Add flour, baking powder, and hazelnuts. Mix well.
Line the pastry in a springform pan and spread the jam on the base. Fill the tart with the mixture of hazelnuts.
Bake at 170°C for 40-45 minutes (half cooked cover with an aluminum foil to prevent the cake from burning).
Once the cake is cool, sprinkle with a little icing sugar.
