Swedish recipe for delicious and scenic baked potatoes.
Gluten-free Hasselback potatoes
Preparation time 1 hour
Ingredients for 2 people:
4 medium potatoes
1 sprig of rosemary
6 sage leaves
3 slices of smoked ham (or bacon)
oil, salt, and pepper
Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices, leaving a part uncut (to help you stick a toothpick at the base of the potatoes). Wash them well.
Put 5 minutes in the oven at 220°C.
Meanwhile chop rosemary, sage, and ham (or bacon).
Remove from oven and sprinkle with the chopped and add salt, pepper, and oil.
Always at 220°C bake for about 1 hour, covered with a sheet of aluminum foil, which has to be taken off 10 minutes before the end of cooking, for brown them well.
