Gluten-free glazed cream donut


Gluten-free glazed cream donut – 

I made this gluten-free glazed cream donut with less sugar in the dough, then I covered it with a glaze of sugar flavored with lemon. The result was excellent 🙂

Gluten-free glazed cream donut

Preparation time 50 minutes


2 eggs

250 ml of cream

140 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the BiAglut flour)

80 grams of sugar

½ teaspoon of baking powder

50 grams of butter

grated zest of half lemon

a pinch of salt

For the icing:

80 grams of icing sugar


some drops of lemon juice


Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, then add the sugar, a little at a time, and mount again. Add the lemon zest, melted butter, cream and gluten-free flour sifted with baking powder and mix well.


Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool.


Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by diluting the icing sugar with water and a few drops of lemon juice.


Cover the donut with the icing and some sugar decoration.
