Review upon gluten-free frozen pizza – Conad (Italian chain of supermarkets)
This Margherita pizza is not bad, both as pasta that as a condiment. I seasoned it with a little olive oil and few slices of Calabrian esplanade (spicy salami): not great, but not bad.
Water, tomato, mozzarella cheese (milk, salt, rennet), rice flour, corn starch, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, buckwheat flour, rice starch, glucose-fructose syrup, thickeners: rubber guar; milk powder, salt, lupine proteins, honey, baking powder, basil.
