Gluten-free fish soup –
This seafood starter is easy and quick to make and very tasty.
Gluten-free fish soup
Preparation time 40 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people:
200 g of tiger prawn tails
150 g of squid
150 g of small cuttlefish
200 g of shrimps
2 cloves of garlic
tomato sauce
half glass of water
salt
chilli
olive oil
Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil and saute the garlic. Meanwhile, wash all the fish and cut it into small pieces.
Remove the garlic, put the fish, tomato sauce, water, salt, and chili, and cook for about 20 minutes.
Serve it hot.
