Gluten-free duchess potatoes –
An easy recipe for a side dish of potatoes good and beautiful to see 🙂
Preparation time 1 hour
Ingredients for 2 people:
400 grams of potatoes
50 grams of parmesan cheese
50 grams of butter
1 egg yolk
Peel and wash the potatoes; cut into fairly large pieces and boil for about 30 minutes.
Press into the potato masher, then put the puree in a saucepan and mix with the butter over medium heat to dry the mixture.
Then remove the pan from the heat and add the egg yolk, cheese, pepper, nutmeg, and salt, mixing everything well.
At this point, cover a baking tray with baking paper and place the mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle.
Forming tufts and bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
