Gluten-free dark chocolate cake with white chocolate chips
Preparation time 1 hour
100 grams of dark chocolate
150 grams of butter
130 grams of white sugar
50 grams of white chocolate
125 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the BiAglut flour)
16 grams of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Melt the butter, add the chopped chocolate and stir until it dissolves completely. Combine the egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well. Beat for 5 minutes with an electric mixer, add the white sugar and beat again.
Add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix well until a smooth cream. Gently add the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Finally, add the white chocolate chopped into small pieces.
Line a cake pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
Dust the cake with icing sugar.
