Gluten-free cream of vegetable –
A soup easy and quick to make, delicious and with a delicate flavor.
Gluten-free cream of vegetable
Preparation time 1 hour
Ingredients for 4 small portions:
2 medium potatoes
1 small onion
3 zucchini
1 carrot
1/2 l of milk
1 vegetable stock cube
2 tablespoons of cream
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
1 small piece of butter
salt and pepper

Brown the sliced onion in butter for 2 minutes.
Clean and chop into pieces potatoes, carrots and zucchini and sauté for one minute with the onion.
Add the previously heated milk, vegetable stock cube, and salt. Cook for 40 minutes over low heat. Let cool and blend.

Put on the fire with the cream, Parmesan, and a little pepper.
It can be served alone or accompanied with croutons, or white bread cut into cubes and cooked in a bit of butter.
