Gluten-free cookies with chocolate chips –
Simple and delicious cookies, perfect with cold milk.
Gluten-free cookies with chocolate chips
Preparation time 45 minutes (excluded rest in the refrigerator)
Ingredients for 35 cookies:
300 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the BiAglut flour)
80 grams of butter
30 grams of milk
120 grams of vanilla sugar (*)
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
100 grams of chocolate chips
8 gr of baking powder
a pinch of salt
(*) store the white sugar in a jar containing a vanilla bean
Work the sliced butter with sugar, and all other ingredients one at a time and form a ball. Let stand in refrigerator for an hour.
Roll out the dough to a half centimeter and make strips cut into rectangles. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
