Gluten-free chocolate truffles –
Attention to this chocolates, because after tasted the first one, you can’t stop eating them 🙂
Preparation time 30 minutes (rest in the refrigerator 7 hours)
Ingredients for about 60 truffles:
300 grams of dark chocolate
150 grams of milk chocolate
200 grams of fresh double cream
50 grams of butter
40 grams of cocoa powder
Heat the cream with the butter and chop the chocolate.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, cover and let rest 10 minutes. Let cool the cream, stirring occasionally.
When it’s cold, put in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
The dough will become tough. Using a spoon, take small portions of cream, roll into balls and place them in the refrigerator for another hour. The balls aren’t well shaped but may be adjusted later.
Put the cocoa powder into a bowl, form well each truffle and pass them in the cocoa.
Keep them in the refrigerator until half an hour before serving.
