Gluten-free chocolate chips cookies – 

These are the classical American “chocolate chips cookies”, really delicious.

Gluten-free chocolate chips cookies

Preparation time 40 minutes (excluded rest in the refrigerator)

Ingredients for 15 large cookies:

250 grams of gluten-free flour (I used the BiAglut flour)

150 grams of butter

100 grams of white sugar

100 grams of brown sugar

1 egg

1 pinch of salt

100 grams of chopped hazelnuts

100 grams of chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)

8 grams of baking powder


Cut the butter into thin slices and work it with both types of sugar, then add the egg, salt, baking powder, chopped hazelnuts and gluten-free flour and work a little.


Add the chocolate and beat again forming a ball.


Put to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Shape into small balls, flatten slightly and place them well apart on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.


Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
