Breaded rolls with cheese heart, quick to make and delicious.
Gluten-free breaded rolls
Preparation time 20 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
300 grams of veal or pork slices
50 grams of breadcrumbs
50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
50 grams of spicy Provolone cheese
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Stir together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Cut the Provolone cheese into pieces.
Pass the slices of meat in the breadcrumbs, put on each slice a piece of cheese and close with kitchen string as a “small package” so that the cheese stays inside.
Heat the oil and cook the rolls for 10-15 minutes, add salt to taste.
Excellent with grilled peppers or roasted potatoes.
