This completely gluten-free bakery is located in an industrial area on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz, the place is small, but very nice and well kept, with a good selection of pastries and bread. The girl at the counter was very kind and she listed me the flavors of all desserts, trying also to use a few words in Italian 🙂
I bought some desserts and white bread and all, as in the first photo below, for € 13.50.
In the pictures above a puff pastry with a thin layer of jam and caramelized almonds and a fruit tart, both not bad, but quite tasteless.
In the pictures below two cake pops and sponge cakes with caramel cream and whipped cream flavored with strawberry and vanilla: all delicious, especially the caramel one.
From the pictures below the better was the chocolate brownie; both good the two cookies.
Even the bread was very good, both as it is, that warmed in the oven for 5 minutes.
Definitely, it’s a very good bakery and really economic.
