Gluten-free baked pork steaks –
A recipe to make appetizing even two simple pork steaks.
Gluten-free baked pork steaks
Preparation time 50 minutes
Ingredients for 2 peoples:
2 pork steaks
gluten-free flour
half onion
20 grams of butter
2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 slices of ham
salt and pepper
Chop finely the onion and brown it in 10 grams of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, pass the steaks in the gluten-free flour and brown them in the pan, with the remaining butter and oil, salt lightly.
Cut two sheets of aluminum, put on each sheet a steak, a slice of ham and half the sauce. Close and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
