Dark and white chocolate chips cookies gluten-free

These dark and white chocolate chips cookies are a variation of traditional American cookies, easy to make and delicious.

Here the recipe of the gluten-free chocolate chips cookies.

Dark and white chocolate chips cookies

Preparation time 45 minutes (excluding rest in refrigerator)

Ingredients for 18-20 cookies:

300 g of gluten-free mix flour (I used BiAglut flour)

150 g of butter

120 g of brown sugar

1 egg

1 pinch of salt

100 g of coarsely chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)

50 g of coarsely chopped white chocolate

Cut the butter into slices and work with brown sugar.

Combine whole egg, chocolate, flour and a pinch of salt; work all the ingredients up to form a compact dough. Wrap it in transparent film and put in a refrigerator for 1 hour.

Make some balls and distribute them on a baking pan covered with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
