Cornflake Crusted Chicken gluten-free –

400 gr. of chicken breast slices
Oil, Salt & Pepper
Roughly crumble the cornflakes with your hands.
Beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt.
Pass the slices into the egg, then into the cornflakes, and place in a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with a little oil and bake in a hot oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, taking care to turn the slices halfway through cooking.
